Wynter Farmer

Owner, President, Chief Financial Officer

As the owner and founder, Wynter has been instrumental in developing WRF Engineers into a client-focused engineering firm with a well-deserved reputation for quality service and innovation. Prior to her starting WRF Engineers, Wynter spent seven years as the President and majority owner of an Environmental Engineering and Consulting firm. Wynter is responsible for all personnel management and financial/contracting functions while maintaining productive relationships with clients and outside service providers. 

Mark Ritter

PE – Illinois and Missouri, LEED® AP


Engineer


Mark is the lead electrical engineer of WRF Engineers, LLC with fourteen years of engineering design and management experience. Mark’s work has included engineering, design, project management and construction administration of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for educational, governmental, and commercial facilities.  He has worked closely with a wide variety of clients to analyze and implement the best practices for providing energy to building environments, and has integrated sustainable design practices into these same projects.



Mark has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Southern Illinois University – Carbondale and is an active member of Member of International Ground Source Heat Pump Association (IGSHPA).

Keith Weber

PE – Ohio & Wisconsin, EI – Illinois, LEED® AP


Engineer 


As the lead mechanical engineer of WRF Engineers, LLC, Keith’s work has included mechanical engineering, design, project management and construction administration of mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. With thirteen years of experience in the planning, design, and management of facility projects for educational, governmental, and commercial entities. His responsibilities have included project coordination with the client and other team members, development and management of project scopes, schedules and budgets, and overseeing project personnel.



Keith has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Southern Illinois University – Carbondale and is an active member of American Society of Heating, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).
