Wynter brings more than twenty years of successful business and project management experience to WRF Engineers, LLC.  Wynter Farmer is a graduate of Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville for undergraduate and graduate degrees.  Wynter Farmer has extensive experience in working on State of Illinois projects including work with the Illinois Capital Development Board.  She is responsible for all personnel, management, financial and accounting functions while maintaining productive relationships with clients.  She plays a key role heading the management team by providing project management and leadership for the growth and success of WRF Engineers, LLC.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, visiting her kids at college, and listening to true crime podcasts.
